I got the battery out got the bracket out I the starter bolts out now I can't get the starter to move at all

Its back there because these trucks didnt have AC installed in Japan. The parts guy at the local dealership started his career with them by installing those things all day when they came off the ship. Thanks for the video!

I did this a few years ago thanks to your video. Now that I've moved up North, i need to use my defrost 😂 Any idea what the part number is for the actuator. I've seen a few online, but had trouvle finding the part number for a 1998 Ford Expedition. I already vacuum tested the system and it seems to be the actuator leaking.

Yep ive changed all the same parts on mine for different reasons. My 91 dies going down the road but starts up just fine. Im changing mine tomorrow and we'll see what happens

That Camaro is sick too. I’ve only had the ugly 74 LT. But the motor bunked out,tons of blow by. Bought a 4 bolt main short block 30 over and built that up with cam and heads. Had all sorts of goodies but I got lazy after leaving a new girlfriends dorm and was late af to work. I tried to call in but they said I had to come in. I was driving and then just nothing. A valve got stuck I guess and the piston slammed into that and put a hole in the piston and grenaded the head. Anyway. Good luck. I hope to start working on my 94 ford after Christmas and have her back strong. I’m in Tx if anyone rocks with these.

Badass color. Probably been in a wreck with those lines. But I have a 94 and its lines are messed up as well and was told it had never been wrecked. No carfax. Again it’s a 94. But I’m not stupid. That’s a great price especially if it runs!! These are hidden gems. Used to hate this body style when I rocked a fox body and now love them since I own lol. Clean car to start with.

My belt skipped a tooth and it's still on, how can I align the cam and crank sprockets with their marks? When I align the crank pulley with its mark, the cam sprocket doesn't align and when I align the cam sprocket with its mark, the crank pulley doesn't align.

The fuel pump pulls too many amps for the thin gauge wireing and this this fues box and it gets hot and melts the fues box i went through 3 of them including a new GM fues box, over a grand we spent on these boxes , i finally solved the problem by installing a 30 amp stand alone relay like for aux lighting and put it near the battery with its own fuse and i trigger it with the same terminal that triggers the original relay, been fixed for 3 years, I also ran a larger wire all the way to the fuel pump

I’ve used MAP and 50/50 acetone/atf successfully on a few, so worth a try if you can’t find a candle. Heat cycling is critical to getting the fluid inside the rust ring. Each cycle penetrates and breaks up the ring further.

I had the same problem with my 2006 Town Car Designer,I removed the plug and pushed the metal Lever in until it stoped and took a very small screw and screwed in and then I a made a plug that fits in the black pug and put it all back together without having to take nothing apart.Just my 2 cents.Great Video,I wish I would have seen the video earlier.Thank you.

JB weld is trash. It specifically says 3100 whatever psi rated. It can't even hold up to 16 psi. It is snake oil garbage.
