Unfortunately not! This is an upper-level dorm, so you will find mostly juniors and seniors (and occasionally a lucky sophomore) living here.

Hi! I'm not going to share my specific room number since I still live here, but a room with the same dimensions is 257! Although most singles in the building will be either the exact same or vary only slightly from this configuration. As for the older tour, none of the furniture or carpeting from that time is still in use as that stuff was all leftover from when the building was a hotel. Every room will have the basic furniture, flooring, and wall color that you see in this video!

I transferred here as a Junior so I don't know much about what housing Sophomores usually get! What room you're able to get really depends on what timeslot you're assigned for housing signups. Seniors and Juniors generally have priority and take the best rooms, so you should be prepared with a few different choices just in case the hall you want is already full!

Congrats!! 1. Yes, you will need to provide your own shower curtain and rings regardless of what room you have in OTP. 2. The building used to be a hotel, so the rooms weren't built to normal dorm size specifications! They also got rid of all of the old hotel furniture, gross carpet, and ugly wallpaper that made the space feel small in the renovations, so now the rooms feel crazy big haha Let me know if you have any other questions!! :)

Hi!! I didn't have priority but I got a really good timeslot because I was a senior (a junior signing up for my senior year lol). There were a lot of rooms left when I signed up, but it was the first day and they seemed to be going really fast. I don't envy the choice you have to make; It's so hard to know what to do because a lot of it is luck!!

Hi!! Congrats on the great room assignment! The entire building was renovated, so doubles will look very similar to this but with two sets of furniture and a slightly different bathroom/closet configuration. Each person gets a full-sized bed, a desk, a chair, and a chest of drawers, but you will have to provide your own mini-fridge! I bought mine from Target, but there is the option of renting on through dorms-direct. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Cool! I was a transfer too! There aren't any curtains but there are blinds. I vaguely remember reading a rule that said curtains aren't allowed, but honestly you could probably get away with having them if you really want to. The worst they'll do is make you take them down haha
