What a prop mentor he would be, irreverent and focused at the same time, that is what young props are missing the joy of a battle in the row 🏉👌🏼

It's so nice to see how women are so well respected and represented in Scottish rugby. I'm Irish and wish I could say the same for Ireland...

OMG she is only 20, but as you said Bruce, loads of people ( and Scotland players and officials) say she is just totally rugby focussed. What a CV she already has. A massive future ahead we hope for her and Scotland Women.

What a special person Emma is. Had the privilege of speaking to her and Lisa T ( they are both mad!) and they just epitomised what the great game is about. Best of luck to her recovery and the other “girls” for Saturday.

Great that the support is being shared with Wales too. Hopefully we can spread the concept of raising funds and awareness.

Loving the involvement on Zwift, the exclusive Doddie Aid kit came with last Sunday's ride with Sir Chris Hoy. Today's group rides on the new Scotland routes are promoting Doddie Aid. One more ride led by Chris to go on Saturday, they are by some margin the most enjoyable group rides on the platform - and I've only ever managed to keep up with Chris once having never missed a ride over the years! I've already smashed my 1,000 mile target.

Found you this AM, as an x-scrum half, living in BC Canada, I became a Quad playing for the Canadian Navy vs San Diego Aztec RFC in 1977, now I have a small horse ranch off grid in the Boundary of BC, farm/homeschooling my kids, horses, martial arts are passions here, sadly no rugby, yet. I got into genealogy the last year, I found a 2nd cousin living in Edinburgh, he has a kilt shop on the Royal Mile. Cheers Lads.

Great to see Moff doing so well in Canada. Forgot how long ago he coached at Forrester. Even at 40 years old I learnt & enjoyed my rugby all over again, after being out for nearly 9 years. Some of the best rugby I ever took part in, fantastic coach.

Legendary. I could listen to these two for hours! That point about being professional and forgetting the human side equally applies in every board room full of strategic decision makers as it does in the team room. Proud to be on this journey with you Tun!!

You would have done fine today Tom. You showed that against the Box. Telfer knew what a great technical prop you were and size doesn't always equal talent ( if you get my drift).
