I will say this. Doesn't matter what the ranking is for a university. You probe those tutors until they are exhausted, probe them with questions about the syllabus. I went to a university and it was not what I expected at all, yet the uni was high ranking. So yeah, don't trust any crap about ranks, tutors will pressure students to rank them 10/10 in surveys anyway.
