When you pillow fight with your brother.

If Vergil was DLC, I'd like to see a few missions (maybe 8 or so) set on his time in the Demon world with Dante, as they go to cut down the Qlipoth. After completing their task, they have that duel shown in the cutscene just before the credits battles. In that duel, you would play as Vergil against Dante - on higher difficultuies, he would even use Royal Guard and Sin Devil Trigger against you. I think that would be a very challenging fight.
