Hello caucasians Forgot about the mahindra brand legacy Just talk about the name "Scorpio" itself is greater than the brand its an emotion . Feeling of trust and dominance on the roads and offroads May be the engine is not that refined like germans and ride and handling like JDMs but it gives you confidence to go wherever you want to go just push the paddle and you will feel that you can rule big deserts or High mountain without any sweat. Also this particular model Scorpio N sales figures is currently 18k/months and waiting period of approximately 1 year

Hey Jenny! Yes, I've driven one and no, I don't think it's even close to worth the price. I got one from my dealer for a whole weekend, as we had the first 500 Abarth, a 595 and a 695 in our fleet. Driving experience and fun are not even half as much - the only thing you have to give the new one credit for is the finally reasonable seating position (much lower) and the better center of gravity thanks to the battery pack. With the original Abarths you always feel like you're sitting more on the car than in it. We have a saying here for that: "Du hockst wie ein Affe auf dem Schleifstein" - which translated literally means like "you sit like a monkey on a grindstone" ;) But for the great fun you just accept that. Have you ever driven one of the petrol cars? You should!!

Here in NZ, they have heavily discounted these about half price. They were just under $80K, now just under $40K. Presumably, due to low sales as I don't see any on the road yet. They're cool, but really limited market.

Great review, Jenny. It's a bit of an overpriced toy, in my opinion, not all that practical. That back seat would be a pain, I would hate to do a long trip as a passenger it would be hard to curl up and sleep.

Have one of these in our work car pool, in ES trim in White, it is three months old and has been impressive, very smooth and quiet, good ride, especially with Melbourne's famous potholes, it is used in mainly metropolitan conditions, driven mostly in EV mode, but sometimes used in Normal. We have two other Outlanders in petrol, another new 2024 ES acquired after the PHEV and another 2022 ES cascaded from another car pool, all 5 seater. Been good vehicles and good support from local Mitsubishi dealers too. We trialled a previous generation 2018 Outlander PHEV in 2019/20, this generation is far superior.

We had one of these Commodores(base LT Wagon) on our work fleet. Did not last long, it was transferred to another car pool in exchange for a Camry.
