Good route up to scarfel pike this way bork class vlog loving the smiles in the water there this is my favorite valley walks this i went in that same pool in the rain when i was there and yesss bloody cold a little further up to the rigjt where you are here has a hidden pool inside a cave its class damp tent yess this is me too just totally forget sometimes enjoy the brew dog and the jd pal and yessss Nigel pal first one in class the fort is canny too massive MR soft havnt heard of him for years lol😂 im giggling at the dog licking your face here after i watched crankys vlog 😂topper hopfully nigel get the taste of it and keeps coming out i love it when someone sees this in person dor the first time is beautiful up here enjoy lads look forwards to the next one

When you mentioned ''speedo's'' I nearly switched off funtimecranky in ''speedo's'' 😬😮 lol...................An area im not too familiar with, cracking valley that mate. Full crew there at the swimming spot, damn it looked cold but exhilarating, brain-freeze under that waterfall and that cold water would have sorted cranky's knee out ha ha. ..........good pitching spot there mate(is it ever sunny when you go out ha ha)................nowt like chiling out with a beer in the tent with great views and good mates. Ha ha Mr soft mints in slow-mo................good lad 'leave no trace'.......had a look at that roman fort years back, interesting place(wild camping romans what a thought 😮)......nice one lads, great video......ATB.....Stu...👍. PS Crib-goch will be rammed bank holiday weekend and windy so you be careful up there.

Blencathra is my fav Lakeland fell and Sharp Edge is defo the best way up! Shame you didn't get any good views, you'll have to go up again in better weather.

If I remember correctly, Black Combe featured in his book, "The Outlying Fells" (I may be wrong), but not in his original seven guides. Whether that qualifies as a Wainwright, frankly, who cares! I love it mate, i used to always be camping in woods as a kid at bk of house and with cubs and scouts only started camping again 2 years ago, every time it brings me bk to the good old days, re living it all over again now, your right though my camping equipment as evolved abit from woodland camping to lighter weight mountain camping, nice one for watching😁👍👍

@andrewbarr5227 hi Andrew, thanks for watching, we do use the garmen explore app and always have a planned route on the map and mark our spot were we park the car, we do tend to vere of our planned route at times but if we come across a dangerous route we reassess and find a safe route back, we always respect the area we are in , leave no trace, polite and freindly to others, we do like a challenge but not one that is going to endanger our lives, we respect the rescue team and hope we never have to use them, thanks for the comment, hope you enjoy your adventures👍👍
