No I launched through the epic games launcher, it runs an older but still playable version of the game. As you mentioned you can’t run through crossover or parallels due to the anti-cheat…

I own an M3 MAX MBP for work and it's fantastic. Don't buy a mac if gaming is important to you. PERIOD. For everything else, they are fantastic. Until there is an NVIDIA GPU option in these, they are not worth your time pretending they can game. 1080p? Seriously man... what is this, 2005? Bleeding edge gaming laptops today can 200fps at 1080p easily and ASUS build quality in their higher end machines (still way cheaper than macs) are kitted out intel onboard GPU and then discrete 4070-4080 GPU's which will crush this mac like a cockroach. They've also got OLED displays now as well with much higher specs.

Ive Ran Minecraft 1.19.2+ with shaders and 40 mods at 60+ FPS. The MacBook Air M3 is amazing. (I was originally playing minecraft at 5 FPS with the MacBook Air 2020 Intel, so its like switching from a potato to a NASA computer for me)

@@caml4788 8 GB of Ram. Theres a lot of KZbinrs saying "You should get 16 GB" and this and that but I've had no issues while multitasking. So its up to you but from my experience 8 GB has been just fine.

The processor is so good, its just parallels uses half of your macs peformance and through translation of operating systems, it takes up the ram and performance too.
