Note that the armour workbench shows "Pip-Boy" (2:15:21) on the list, but it should really be "Atta-Boy." It still says "Pip-Boy" after the patch. And when you select "Pip-Boy" on the list, you see the wrist-watch appearance, not the tablet appearance, of your device. This is a bug, most likely. The devs had the presence of mind to rename "Armor" to "Armour", yet forgot to rename the most noteworthy thing in the game.

Skold, don't know if you figured it out already. The stairs to the 3rd floor of the bank are directly opposite from the other stairs. Down in the hallway (The white stairs not the red ones.) Hint : Dismiss your companion before finally entering the vault or Kera will walk away & then you'll have to move her back to conversation spot (console commands) to get her as follower. Shoot flamers 'right' arm.

Really sad that pipe weapons got done so dirty. You can tell the art director in the main game took inspiration from a lot of the jankiest prison style firearms made by inexperienced criminals rather than what we actually see in lawless situations. IRL during wars like those in the balkans, the DIY firearms often looked quite nice. Even the last ditch weapons in WW2 looked quite nice. Weirdly enough, a very menacing looking firearm can dissuade trouble more than an extremely cludge one. Any of the P A Luty smgs should have been a shoe in.

I like that they retained the original Fallout concept of the Vaults actually being more or less "hidden" installations rather than publicly prominent and advertised ones like in Fallout 4 and 76. The latter never made much sense. Vaults with giant telltale entryways , billboards, vault tec signs loudly advertising "THERE IS A VAULT HERE ! COME AND DIG AND BLAST YOUR WAY IN ! AND DONT FORGET TO TELL ANYONE YOU MEET" to attract even the last raider are just nonsensical.
