I have only one ball. When I was a baby, only my left ball descended, and my right one didn't. They did some kind of exploratory surgery, and the right ball was not there. There might have been a small bit of undeveloped tissue or something that was removed-- I'm not sure, maybe I'll see if I can find my ancient medical record to learn more. Luckily that was when I was a baby and I don't remember it. Anyway I'm pretty sure my left ball is normal size (neither smaller nor larger than normal). The sac on the right side does not feel hollow. Like it doesn't feel like there's an empty sac there, it just feels like it's not there or isn't noticeable. In fact, it can overcompensate and produce more testosterone than you had before! Imagine my surprise when my hair grew back from chemo and then the thick head of hair I inherited from my mother’s side of the family started going away. As to the size.
