Such a unique character, and such a good actor, I loved him in the punisher and felt for him, he couldn't be by his wife side when she died because he was working for two evil magnates to pay for her treatment, then she died and the magnates took his children hostage, he didn't want to hurt people that didn't need to, he left the girl go even though he didn't get his target first, he wasn't an antagonists he was just trying to do right by his family, he was shredded by enemies and he kept going through them, the line "I was waiting on you" when the punisher was fighting with him and asked him if he needs a minute (although it seemed like the punisher needed a minute lol) shows how determined he was in protecting his family, nothing would keep him back, he would have taken the devil himself head on if he had to

At the end I really started liking him, when we got to know him better. (Spoiler Alert!): And I also liked how he wasn't killed in the end but could live in peace with his sons
@Slash2314YT2 жыл бұрын
Yep, but a part of me was kinda mad punisher didn't kill him, because he did kill innocent people, yes, 2 psychos had his kids, but that doesn't mean he's innocent, still I love and hate his character

Thank you so much! I've been waiting for a Schofield and Blake video for far too long. Amazing vid btw 😍
Sixteen years old when I went to the war, To fight for a land fit for heroes, God on my side, and a gun in my hand, Chasing my days down to zero, And I marched and I fought and I bled and I died, And I never did get any older, But I knew at the time that a year in the line, Was a long enough life for a soldier, We all volunteered, and we wrote down our names, And we added two years to our ages, Eager for life and ahead of the game, Ready for history's pages, And we brawled and we fought and we whored 'til we stood, Ten thousand shoulder to shoulder, A thirst for the Hun, we were food for the gun, And that's what you are when you're soldiers, I heard my friend cry, and he sank to his knees, Coughing blood as he screamed for his mother, And I fell by his side, and that's how we died, Clinging like kids to each other, And I lay in the mud and the guts and the blood, And I wept as his body grew colder, And I called for my mother and she never came, Though it wasn't my fault and I wasn't to blame, The day not half over and ten thousand slain, And now there's nobody remembers our names And that's how it is for a soldier
