I really like the idea of community living, being single and seems like a good lifestyle, caravan living in a warm climate, while still having privacy. Very important things, also someone mentioned that they particularly like caravan living, bcs, since they are getting older, as we all do, caravans are all in one story, there is no stairs to climb daily, say you just laid down to rest for the night, and you remember you forgot to put fruit basket into the frigde, which is downstairs, the kitchen and your bedroom is first floor ... none of that in a caravan, very very comfy

Theres over 60 plots on site so theres always going to be a few for sale. Some are simply selling the smaller home to move into a larger one on the same site

We are looking at retirement age in a few years time and hopefully move permanently from Uk to somewhere Europe providing we can get a long stay visa. The income requirement for Spain is much higher than it is in France and Portugal. So that has put us off Spain.
