Uhm, her neck and head position look really weird to me. I can't stop staring at it. Everything else looks very good though!

I think it's because the animations were designed for an old Hatsune Miku rig, with vastly different proportions and hair that conveniently hides some of the awkwardness of the head movement. This rigging give some mad Elezen vibes (the neck is too long for an Au'Ra, is it not?), and the dead eyes don't really help too much.

This is pretty impressive animation. The tail movements in particular feel really natural. Very well done. Admittedly not sure how this ended up in my feed, since I don't really watch FF14 content, but it was a pleasant surprise.
