I've yet to go to a racetrack in my 57 years and hear someone complain they couldn't hear the announcers over the racecars. Let the engines speak for themselves.

We go to many races, over many tracks in this nation (seriously have lost count), and that very complaint has come up... a lot, especially when you have to balance quality, volume, and capability of the system.

That flag stand area looks really vulnerable.... we've all seen what a car or 2, flying into barriers can do... they'd wipe that stand out... I seen a late model, end up in the stands at Mansfield raceway, and it took out the flag man... broke his leg... just don't wanna see anybody get hurt over something that could've been prevented. ✌️

It depends on the situation, most of the time tracks will give a designated time to change a tire. Think 2-3 laps once car gets stopped in pit lane roughly. Other times if a track has to keep things moving; be it time crunch with lots of cautions, show's running long due to circumstances like red's or large car counts unexpected.

no, they race USRA Hobby Stock, B-Mod, Stock Car, & their Sportsman division which is similar to Hobby Stocks.@@chetbenton07
