great video, really enjoyed the insights on the meals! however, i have to say that while the idea of "as fresh as homemade" sounds appealing, i wonder if it's truly possible to replicate that homemade taste without using fresh ingredients. what do you all think?

Hi. Thanks for your comment. After HPP, the product should be stored under refrigerated conditions. Regarding the packaging, the material should be flexible and water-resistant to withhold the high level of pressure transmitted by water. As for the shelf life it depends on the products, some juices can reach up to120 days of shelf life, for guacamole up to 45-60 days, ready-to-eat meals several weeks....
