I've wanted to visit South Korea especially Seoul for a long time so I really enjoyed watching this video till the end 🫰🫰 The pink suitcase, long bills of Olive Young and the tornado fried potato... attracted me for real 😂❤❤

The traditional gardens have many details. The stone, the plant, the architecture and the water merge together every place in the garden. Even as a Chinese, may be I can't enjoy the garden without a guide.
@TooMuchLuggage5 күн бұрын
I agree. There is so much to see in these gardens that a guide can make the experience more enriching.

Fun fact: The art of Pun-Sai (Bonsai) originated in China in 300BC and i was introduced to Japan in the 8th-12th century. The Chinese experimented with the idea of spiritual power in miniature objects. I find it interesting that the Japanese maintain a similar sounding name to Punsai instead of changing it completely to sell it off as something 'Japanese' like a lot of their borrowed culture.

@@TooMuchLuggage I've been here for a year this time and was here two years ago. The change has been so dramatic. It's a shame for this hidden gem to be over exposed and over run. In part to folks on YT advertising it. I know you just want to sort of document your trip and innocently share with people and may even the excitement of gathering attention from your channel. I have a channel myself so I know. But I've since stopped it for realizing that my personal needs are far less important than preserving this place and culture that I was helping to forever destroy. Look at how many YT channels are now exploiting Da Nang. There's a new one every day. when I first tried getting info on Vietnam 4 or 5 years ago there only a couple and now hundreds if not thousands all born out of the ones before inviting them. It changes the culture, raises the costs of everything.

As a Vietnamese person (especially the one who have lived in Hanoi for 18 years), I feel really proud to watch all this video. To me, it is just so great to watch all the way you guys experienced Hanoi's atmosphere, explored popular historical and iconic sites in Hanoi: Tran Quoc pagoda, Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, the train street, Hanoi Old Quarter, Long Bien station, Long Bien bridge and also the local markets... You guys also struggled to cross the roads (in Vietnam it's a big challenge for everybody to do that) 😆😆😆 And you guys even tried to pronounce a street's name: Yen Phu, it's so fun (and your pronunciation was good)! Thank you for choosing Vietnam as a destination in your Asia trip! 🥰😍😍 By watching this video, I know that you all must have had so many unforgettable and exciting memories in our capital city, and I truly appreciate time and efforts that you spent on making this video. Once again, thank you for visiting Vietnam in general, Hanoi in particular ❤💛 And thank you so much for having a meal in our Vietnamese restaurant: Xoai Du bistro & coffee (which is located very close to the Intercontinental Hotel) ❤ I still remember how friendly and cute you guys were to us (especially the woman who wore white T-shirt and her hair is quite short, blonde) ❤ Luckily, you guys told me that you had a channel so that I could ask for your KZbin channel's name and had a chance to watch this Hanoi vlog, it's really amazing and useful ❤ Thank you guys for this video! I hope that in the near future you guys will visit Hanoi, or any other cities/places... in Vietnam again ❤

We had a great time in your restaurant. The food was great and you made our day. You told uș you had a bad day and we try to make your day better. We lost the footage from the restaurant but we really recommend it to all our friend who are going to Hanoi. We will come back to Vietnam and for sure we are coming to eat there again. The restaurant It’s right next to the Intercontinental hotel so we will be there. Have a great holidays and see you next time. Kisses from Las Vegas

I needed to pause the video and immediately leave a comment about the vehicle which looks like a train (at 10:30). I know it is not a train but it just looks so fun and pretty 😂❤ Do you know what type of vehicle is it?
@TooMuchLuggageАй бұрын
Yes, the train is very cute. I don’t know what type it is. It’s just a small electric tourist train that pulls you around Osaka cast. If I remember right, it was about $10 USD to take.
