Quite a few showed up actually! Unfortunately, only two performed (one in the F-16 Heritage Flight and Vicky Benzing's performance).

The Livermore Chapter of EAA 663 was represented with a Sling TSI, Vans RV 10, RV 9, RV 6, a TriPacer and a Cessna 172S.

Thanks for the video! Great display of an amazing aircraft. I'm building a 1/5 scale RC Model of Plum Crazy. Vicki sent me a paint chip to match the exact color of her plane. Can't wait to get mine in the air and perform a similar airshow here.

@@Fuelingtheskymedia Cool! I was referring to flying in front of the pilots at my local club. lol I'll post video on my channel once I get her flying. I do plan on competing in some scale events, but the flying portion is limited to what the full scale can do.

We are not entirely sure on the exact number! Various sources each have a different number. Most of them say 10. All we know is that there are definitely not many left!

India should not opt for F35 Indian Air force is very much practical with the Russian fighters. The manuevarability of the Russian jets are quick and reliable 😊

Doesn't seem so rare to me. You can see lots of afterburner takeoffs of f-35s on youtube. What is rare is how long the pilot stays so close to the ground in full afterburner. He'd be approaching supersonic speed within seconds if he continued on that course with the afterburners on. I wish the video went on a little longer

KZbin is great and definitely has tons of F-35 afterburner takeoffs. What was rare for us is that we were seeing it with our own eyes, standing on the sidelines, seeing it happen in real life. But yes! You’re totally right! KZbin has multiples of everything! 🎉

I have a somewhat irrational hatred for the 35 because they used to do startup and EOR in chocks right in front of our hangar and it was so godamn loud I couldn't think for like the first two hours of every day

As we’ve gotten older, we’re not as big of fans of these louder jets, but it was still pretty amazing to see at night, zipping across the runway at sunset/dusk.

In all my years of following demo teams, I can count on only one hand how many F-35 I’ve seen take off. This is incredible. Kudos to videographer too for keeping with it at that zoom. 👏🏽 Sheesh.

These are the planes that ambushed Yamomoto and shot him out of the sky, heavily armed I think with 20mm guns and 4 50 caliber guns all coming out of the nose of the plane.
