Very well done! Would you happen to know what your average speed was? I am trying to plan this trip myself!
@nursedan84283 жыл бұрын
Hi Oscar, that’s wonderful and have a safe ride and most importantly have fun 😀. In terms of average speed I would say 30-35 km/hr 😀.

@@nursedan8428 Nice and thank you for getting back to me! One last question: Did you book your hotel / accommodations ahead of time or did you simply find a place when you were ready to stop? Thanks again!

Do you stop at stop signs? Kids love law-abiding adults and hope you have ethics and a conscience.

awesome! I'm a beginner biker here, started working at a bike shop now and im getting to know all the ropes for this stuff. I'm going to try this next summer. Hope this pandemic didn't keep you in all summer.

I’m excited for you Lucca 😀. For sure you will make it, I was a beginner that same year, however; I was addicted sitting at my saddle 😂😂. You will love it especially the scenery going to Quebec. Safe trip and have Fun 😀

Is there a bike path for most of the way?
@nursedan84283 жыл бұрын
Yes, like 70% most of the time. And they have signs for bikes 😀

Wouldn't it be easier to have a bike rack instead of carrying that weight on your back?
@nursedan84283 жыл бұрын
We thought about that but it will make our bike heavy. And, my stuff is light weight so it was fine.
@jeffreykaufmann28673 жыл бұрын
@@nursedan8428 I have too much sweat on my back when I carry a backpack thats why I prefer a bike rack which weighs only two lbs.

@@nursedan8428 What's your Maximum speed (Kph) on the flat?
@nursedan84283 жыл бұрын
@@jeffreykaufmann2867 max I think 45km/hr but our average would be 35km/hr.
@alexseguin52453 жыл бұрын
@@jeffreykaufmann2867 Yeah, back rack is the way to go. Weight is supported by your bike instead of you so it's more efficient.

Hi, nice video! I want to do ottawa to Montreal soon. Every route I find is suggesting taking the Prescott trail but I don’t want gravel and I want to do the ride in 1 day. Could you send me the route you guys took by any chance? Thanks

What gear did you use to record the video? I see you made use of some sort of chest mount. How did you like it ...
@nursedan84285 жыл бұрын
Walter White We just used chest mount and hold the GoPro while filming. For starters it was fine but need to adjust the camera every time especially doing aerodynamics. Overall, it was very useful just to record the journey.
