I will say when it comes to seasoning, use any seasoning of your choice and any meat of your choice and keep practicing till you keep it.

Hi my name is Ingrid. I lived in Liberia for 4 years and live so many Liberian dishes. I couldn’t see the seasoning you were using as it you showed them too fast and didn’t call out the name. I know Maggi was one of them but not the rest. Also, I live in Las Vegas wonder if you know where I can get potato greens?? May I know specifically what meets you were using ie: names of fish etc. I would also like to know how to cook Palava Sauce. Maybe you have a video of that too. Thank you!! I’ve seen other recipes for potato greens and yours looks the best.

I have tried those cassava leaves and cooked them more than 3 good hours. to tenderize it they stay hard i wont buy that again

You can add small soda inside to soften the leaf. Hope this helps.
