This snippet is some narrative junkie rewriting history for their own means. This is actually a small part of the TV program Marvels Agents of Shield. The black bloke is essentially a super soldier not dissimilar to Captain America who gets recruited to Shield. In later episodes he gets wounded and used by the baddies. He eventually becomes the character Deathlok.

Black Superman cant work, not cuz of Racism but cus of contradictions. Black people are black due to Melanin, which prevents cancer and other issues from the Sun. Superman is a Kryptonian, an alien species that gets stronger and faster nearer the Brightness of a Star, one is a counter and one is a strength, which is why imo Black Superman cant work?

@@CinnamonBob Were saying based on the missiles' purpose to be something like a bunker buster, if it's not reach it's recommended velocity it safer for it to not go off. Since you wouldn't use it for anything, not its intended purposes.

@kingotaku3389 that just makes it way more likely to not work for it's intended purposes though, and I don't think conditional weaponry is ideal if the idea is for it to be used for its intended targets only because the judgement call would be made by whomever used the weapon and they would want it to work for whatever use they intend to use it for
