K&F Concept のND2-400 46mmを使っています。 低価格ですが普通に使えます。ND を上げすぎると角がムラになるので注意が必要です。動画用ならND64くらいあれば十分だと思います。 昼間外で撮影するときは必ずNDフィルターをつけていますが、全ての動画をスローモーションができるように60Pとか120Pで撮影するなら、シャッタースピードも上げられるのでなくてもいけるかもです。

Dehancer, the film emulation plugin for Adobe Premier Pro, could be used for mov videos. If cineprint 16 also works for mov videos, I think it can be used with flat profiles.

If you just want the screen to be in movie proportions, simply add a black band to the top and bottom in Adobe Premiere to a video shot in Full HD. The black strips can be found by searching for crop in the Effects panel. After applying the crop to the video, select Crop in the Effects Control Panel and set the top and bottom values to 12%. The left and right are 0%.
