The "roadman" accent is actually called Multicultural London English, which is heavily influenced by the large Carribbean population there due to windrush, however it is still audibly different to Jamaican patwa and other island dialects if you're well versed in one or both dialects. Some people consider it bad English, some think it's kids roleplaying as yardies, but it's its own distinct thing in the same way the Geordie and cockney accents are, it's just a little more modern (but still decades old).

I came in pretty late on the Hasan train so I never knew much about Destiny and his n-word position besides that he defended using it in private, some unexpected years-old insight. I appreciate Hasan giving it an honest shot but I wish D actually listened the point, he was too heated to actually digest the argument and just kept on undermining the most studious person on the call until he left.
