@@jasonwheelock4274 Two great things about this horn- 1. The intonation is spot on! This is very consistent and I love this about the TU421S. 2. The tone is really good, especially for a 3/4 horn. The sound is fairly for a small horn because the bell is 16” vs. the smaller bell of the way more expensive Yamaha 621 C tuba. The only drawback or criticism I have is that it dents easily so you have to handle with care. That being said, I’ve had my horn for 4 years and you can see that it is well maintained. Unfortunately Carl, you will probably have to get the electronic power steering (EPS) system replaced. I had to disconnect it by pulling the fuse and I continue to drive it without power steering still today. It's just safer. Wish you the best.

So, I was told that the Electronic Power Steering unit is faulty and needs to be replaced. It's possible Honda will replace it under a special warranty, which you may have. Local Honda dealer said it would cost me $180 to run a diagnostic to determine if it's a faulty part. If it is then they will replace for free.

Yeah, I've been driving without power steering for over 1-1/2 years. Now I'm just used to it. I could pay $1,100 to fix but don't have that money.

I didn't know the 2017 models did that also. 😞

Definitely get the Electronic Power Steering box checked out. It may have been damaged.

My 2014 accord locked up on me in the expressway while going 45mph. It’s about to cost me $3k. I haven’t had it a year. Everything else works fine but this. I haven’t been able to work because of it.

My 2013 Honda accord steering wheel constantly spins left the wheel will just spin, even in the parked position…. I haven’t driven it in 2 yrs idk what to even do with it. The dealership quoted me at 3300$ to replace a rack and pinion. But I’ve had others say it’s something else causing this… I need help!

Under the hood open the fuse box and pull the fuse for the power steering.

Unfortunately, you have to get the EPS replaced. 😞

I have a similar problem with a 2013 Honda Accord. My radio and AC turn off for like a second and it comes right back on. The wheel locks here and there but today as I was parking I was a hair from hitting a car because my radio and AC turned off and at the same time my steering wheel jerked to the left as I was steering to the right I slammed my brakes because I was unable to control the steering wheel. It does it randomly and my husband was in disbelief of what I was telling him because it has happened it to him. I'm so glad I came across this video. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Also anyone know how to take care of this problem? 😅

I'm very very happy with this tuba as far as sound and intonation. For a 3/4 horn it plays awesome. It's comparable to the Yamaha 621CC except my horn as a 16" bell which is bigger than the 621. And it has a 5th valve which makes a big difference in the lower register. The drawback is that it dents really easy so you have to handle with care.

I didn't lessen the original recording. It's just my phone picking up the tuba more because it's closer than the speaker is.

Not sure why Honda doesn't recognize this problem and issue a recall. I guess $$$ is more important to them. 😞

Hey my friend, if you're struggling with the 16th notes then start slow and work your speed up. Use a metronome and play it correctly at the fastest speed you can. It's way better to play musically than to play fast and not be accurate. I hope you do really well! Best wishes to you!
