Looks wonderful. Lovely to see you both relaxed and happy. Really helpful to see how you cope with the fibromyalgia whilst away- it’s certainly a juggling act between enjoying your time and not over doing it.

Ps really proud of you too Nicky with the alcohol is all about being in control luckily enough he caught it early and like me you can have now enjoy a drink when you feel like you want to , leave it when you don’t and you know your limits 👏 well done hun it takes a lot of courage to admit if there’s a problem , you did and you sorted it 👏👍and you’re now in control. Also like Mark said do not beat yourself up when you do have a drink enjoying yourself as your life is the main things xxxx

Holiday!! Hope you’re having a wonderful time in Barcelona and it’s not too cold! I’m sure it’s still warmer than here 😊. I must ask you, do you have a national heritage pass at all? I love history and you always go to such lovely places, or do you know if there any discounts know if we have get PIP? The other one is English Heritage I’m not sure which one is best or worth doing as I don’t get out much so not sure will be worthwhile with a annual pass . xx

may i ask a question on renewal of pip forms are they the same as the first lot all them stupid questions or are they different as it will be my first renewal coming up to do forms from December onwards i struggled with the first lot thank you for your reply love learning about fibro i have pain everyday non stop somewhere is hurting i also have hereditary spastic paraplegia which stops me form walking and i get leg pain form that as well i am so open to learn more about fibro thank you for your posts on this <3

Hi peeps, can I say thank you for this vlog, particularly Poppy, for talking about her ADHD and the effects it has on her. My daughter has just been diagnosed and finds it hard to express how she feels and what goes on indide her head. im defo going to watch this with her to see if she can identify with Poppy, which will help me understand her and her needs a bit more. If you could have another open chat about how Poppy copes, that would be fantastic as I feel it would help others sooooo much. Really appreciate all that you do.
