I used mine for just 4 months out of the box and I got my first green line 4 months after. Shame on Samsung.

Same with my s21 now.. suddenly one green line appear in the screen. After research laser repair can remove it but not available in my country atm.

My green line appeared prior to updating my phone. I have a suspicion Samaung are sending viruses to our phones to con us into replacing them. Remember the last hack? Unable to charge as there is moisture in the charging port?

Happened to me today, I have a S21+ with about 2 years of service, out of the blue the vertical line appeared. At this moment only one vertical line, does anyone know if it gets worst through time? Will I get to see more lines, or eventually lo se the entire screen?

The same happened to my note20 ultra, started w/ one green a week ago, now it has four lines, 2green & 2blue lines, also after the update. Bought two years ago.

Every single flagship phone since 2018 upto S22 Ultra has this issue. I'm pretty sure S23 series will be getting this after 5-6 months after warranty expiry (Expected Q3 2024). This company always boasts about the brightness of their screens, yet consistently makes the least durable panels. This green line virus also transferred to OnePlus, Realme, vivo, Apple, Huawei, Sony, IQOO etc... Reason? All they use Samsung's OLED panels. Sony has been historically using OLED panels from LG and Japan display. But for getting High Refresh Rate tech in 2020, they changed team and went with Samsung for their Xperia 5 II display. And Xperia 5 II is the only Sony phone with green line issue. Imagine spending 70k to lakhs on a flagship phone and it comes with a 1.5 year expiry date and you'll be forced to spend 15-20,000 to replace the display and at the time, these phones will hardly cost 30k. I'm not spending my money on a company that consistently produce defective or may be planned obsolescence for 5 years straight. I lost my Note 9 to this. My S20FE would be the last phone from Samsung if the S23 gets a display issue before 2025 or 2026. I'm selling my S20FE (4G) for 15k, no complaints till now. Can't guarantee as it's Samsung. If anyone want, reply to this comment. I got a Xperia XZ2 compact with IPS display and I'm 100% sure this won't damage unless physically suscepted to drops.

Any of you guys change screen? Is the device fine or the new screen also had these lines? I have 2 units of s20 plus and I now have a new phone. Was thinking of changing the screen since this s20+ is still a powerful phone and I can use a side phone. My only worry is that it the replacement screen will also have this issue and changing it wpuld be a waste of money.

Have this problem right now. I woke today with a green line across my phone. There is no physical damage as it was literally in my side table the whole night and it was fine before I went to sleep. This is not the first time I encountered screen problem in my S20+. I grew up using apple phones and thought of giving Samsung a try - worst decision ever.

And let me educate you about your galaxy s3 watch it is Qi certified but it has a different coil although it isn't exactly as your phone uses it. So, you won't be able to use just any wireless charger with your watch. Do your research first before releasing a content

You just mentioned all accurate information 3 hours wireless charge for a 10watts charging 😅 of course even my note 10+ takes 2hours and 30 minutes to be fully charged on a 15 watts wireless charger, and its stupid that your saying that the 10k mah is a lie and you said that it can only charge your phone 2 times. I don't know if you're dumb you just stated that you battery capacity is 4500 x2 its 9000mah for 2 and of course your phone was released on 2020 battery do degrade so it will sometimes draw more power.
