The Obito being crushed by a massive boulder is definitely the biggest plot hole here. While I don't think his heart would be crushed. (Being that's on Obito's left side of his body.) Half of his head being crushed, alone should be instant death. Nevermind he shouldn't even have a right eye to use Kamui itself. Of course Kamui is also a plot hole, but not as big as half of Obito being crushed. At least some of Kamui's more minor plot holes could be explained away.

In the past kishimoto has gone on record in interviews that he designed sakura to be a average girl that you could find in the real world. He did this to try and get girls to read/watch naruto. But it utterly backfired on him because normal girl just does not fit in the naruto world. Not to mention since she is meant to be a ordinary girl, she was dead weight on team 7 since normal girl doesn't have special powers. Once shippuden came around, kishimoto tried to fix her, keyword on TRIED. But he failed. The damage to the character sakura has already been done. He even tried drawing her more beautifully and that failed because nobody even noticed it. He eventually just gave up on trying to fix sakura's bad reputation and decided to switch focus to hinata, a girl that had developed large fan base that was growing in size by the chapter. According to kishimoto, sakura is a failed attempt at making a relatable female mc. He really regrets not giving sakura anything to work with at the start of naruto like every other character in naruto did.
