Fellow reseller channel here. Yes my sales have been slow. I just posted a video of my weekend sales. I agree with you also that my main problem has been that I am finding it challenging to find the time to get much listed lately. I need to get more organized and disciplined. Great video. @@resellerrush eBay has always been that way. You have to be active on eBay if you’re going to be successful selling on there. I’m always active. I list as much as I can every week, and I am constantly checking my app to see if there’s anything that I need to do. I don’t care if it’s 2 am if I get up in the middle of the night I check my app. That’s the thing a lot of people don’t understand about eBay. You have to be active on there if you’re going to be successful.

24 years experience on eBay and additional years with three wholesaler operations. The Kraft paper is a waste of money. I use free locally sourced newspapers for the main packaging material. The multi millions dollar office, janitorial and furniture wholesaler I worked for used newspapers for packaging. They got pallets of overprinted newspapers from the local newspaper company. All the boxes used for packaging were left over from goods coming in. They would send 400+ packages day by UPS, but the vast majority of the goods went out by our own trucks to retail locations. I only use virgin newsprint or Kraft paper for the initial wrapping of such items as books, not as the main packaging material. I wouldn't use dimpled Kraft paper because that would leave dimples in the book jackets and other surfaces. I don't buy boxes. I can get all the boxes I want for free from various stores. I am not locked into a few stock sizes thus 99.9% of all items don't require me to modify the box, just grab one and use it. That $7.69 is way too expensive for tape. Better to use overlapping layers of cheap tape. We used to get into boxes very quickly at the wholesaler by simply poking a small hole in the top tape strip with a ball point pin we were carrying to check off items from you picking list. Just press your hands on the flaps by the hole and the top tape strip will completely split no matter how thick the tape is. Overlapping layers of cheap tape prevent that, not a single layer of thick tape. I am still using the same monotone laser printer that I acquired in 2001 for labels. It delivers the lowest cost per label and can be used to print other documents. The paper is nearly free as its left over from lots of auction goods. A high capacity toner cartridge is rated at 12,000 pages with 5% coverage, but two labels take up less than 5% of the surface area. I use a Mac Pro desktop with 48GB RAM, two 24" screens, four internal hard drives and external hard drive for backup. You need a desktop so you can run desktop applications like GarageSale to manage your eBay listings. You want to store all your listings on your computer so eBay can't loose them. Such desktop applications have been the fastest way to manage eBay listings since 1998. If you list using a phone or laptop to mange eBay listings via Seller Hub you must like wasting time. Ship items in a poly mailer is you want to provide ZERO PROTECTION for your item. You might as well ship your item inside a Menards shopping bag. So how do those poly mailer protect the buttons, zippers, other fasteners, the thread in the seams when a box weighing a couple pounds lands on the poly? You mean its O.K. to ship a $550 shirt in a poly then? Why not? Because it could be damaged? Why are you treating treating customers who order lower valued items with disrespect by throwing their purchase in a poly bag instead a box that you'd use for a$550 shirt?
