Such an incredibly overly complicated software just in my opinion sir. Super complicated fixing individual little lines. I watched a few of your videos which by the way are very hard to follow if you don't know this software personally. But is the most complicated software I've ever seen I don't know how people learn it? You don't really have an educational software or anything where you can actually learn the videos are little piece here little piece there but nothing from beginning to end. I think to do a design in this software would take me hours or I can use other Monument softwares that take me minutes time is money I'm sure you can do a great job using this software I have no doubt but so complicated and cumbersome I think it's about 20 years behind. My opinion only of course

I'd love to see a tool in any other monument software that can re-size your v-lines faster and more accurately than the Blastable tool in MemorialDESIGNER. I'd invite you to try the software yourself before forming an opinion, or speak with the many customers that have all left 5-Star reviews about how MemorialDESIGNER has increased their productivity and sales over EVERY OTHER monument software on the market. What monument software are you using? I'd LOVE to see it. Based on all your previous comments, I'm inclined to think I'm wasting my time replying to them as you simply seem to be trolling. But if you're serious that you think there's a better solution, please reach out and we can do a webmeeting so you can show me what I'm missing out on.

My only experience in Gerber has been converting files, cutting to a GS750+ and messing around with the tools. I much prefer the interface of CorelDRAW so I've not spent much time in it.

I'm sorry but we don't use Omega so I have no experiece there. I could tell you how to do it in CorelDRAW ;) File - Aquire - Add Twain Device. However, Google Search mentions "Tools, options, Images tab, select TWAIN device." So maybe give that a try?

Hey Cameron, Is the auto size feature shown at about 0.04 seconds something available in Corel without memorial designer, or is that a Memorial Designer function?

If we were to purchase this from you, would we still be able to create custom designs? Or are we limited to use your catalog only? I work for a fairly large cemetery and we are looking for a system like this, but we also want monuments that are custom to our location only.

wow... this is a crazy complicated program... i have watched a few videos.. and it is harder than illustrator. and it seems, if you don't mind i make a comment, that the training is all over the place and is not really organized for a real beginner. i think one would need months to learn this program just at the beginner level. looks like a good program but you should really organize it into segments. tool bars, how to design shapes, how to design a headstone simple and complicated as well from a design in your showroom, importing a cad drawing, clip art, catalogs of clipart and fonts, i can go on and on. literally 1 hour just on 1 clip art image and it is only scratching the surface from what i can see... some things i wonder why you made it so complicated? like expanding a clip art image... was ridiculous from what i seen.. why can't you just shrink or enlarge the image freely.. instead you have to go over every line and fix it as you expand or shrink it... does look like an interesting program but i think you need to possibly to some re-coding on making it a bit easier to use. thanks for allowing me to comment... looking for the day you make this software way more click and drag easy.

Greg, thank you for the comments. 1) Could you give us some examples on what is easier in Illustrator? We're always working toward the most efficient way of working, without sacrificing power and ability. 2) Organizing the content is a work in progress and we will continue to create more professional videos that are shorter and more concise, this series of videos was not intended for that. This particular video you're commenting on is training current customers on how to bring in artwork they have in another system that was never intended to be filled or colored, and fix it so that it can be. 3) You can freely size images, but if you want to maintain the ability to sandblast those designs it takes more work depending on how much you resize them. There are also different ways an image can be drawn which makes this easier or harder. Again, if you know of an easier way, please reach out via e-mail as we'd love to see it. 4) How long it takes to learn, and ease of use differ for everyone but we'd invite you to actually try it out and compare it to your current solution. We do offer a 15-day free trial.

I don't actually use any of the tools shown in this video anymore. I currently use a Surface Book 3 and an XP Pen Artist Pro 15.6. I also don't use MonuCad but was simply showing it was possible. CorelDRAW is much nicer ;)

Hi in the beginning of the video when you made the first 8" dimension, your numbers are facing the right side. Is there any way you can mirror it and make it face the left side. Thx

I've not ever tried, but as far as I can tell you'd need to break the text apart from the dimension line, select the text with the pick tool, then choose 270 for your angle of rotation as opposed to 90 degrees that it would be by default. I could be wrong, but that's the workaround I found.

Kevin, these are recordings of biweekly meetings, we try to stick to 1 hour per session but we'll go as long as we need to cover the topics we need.
