The moment you establish a company to operate as a vehicle for disposing of of capital property, you convert the nature of that property. Establishing a company comes with financial costs (financing, admin costs, legal costs, etc). Transferring that property is another cost (attorney and conveyancing costs). The Company that receives the transfer must then call in developers and pay them using the capital raised. Marketing of the property also comes with costs of its own. Basically the realisation company has the core business of selling of that property and I see no logic in normal tax not applying under those circumstances.

Stumbled into your channel. Find your topics really interesting unfortunately I never had the money for university but I guess you explained why here. If only they pay people to stop having babies. It would have been more effective especially in regards to the gdp growth projections. Not saying it have worked long term but looking at how the global economy is at this point its every man fot themselves. Sad we never got a chance to learn financial education back in life orientation instead of pe. Many people would be in a more stable position if applied properly. Oh well I guess the way I see we are headed towards a shadow corporate governance where a small percentage will hold this country and the world at large with an iron grip.
