Yup i got treated like a puppy mill after all the hard work & dedication i put in! I stuck through the hard times with this company when i had friends quitting telling me i needed to but nope i was there when it was good n thats what I was holding on to. As soon as the letter came out they were down sizing office employees they told the drivers it was not for us but that was a lie because i was warned by a driver thats been there for years & still there to be on my p's & Q's becase they were letting drivers go left & right. The ancestors of wel companies had respect for the industry not the new breed! As soon as the Father retired everything changed the lack of communication to the drivers! They had took away dead head miles from the IC'S with out communication then made a video after all the drivers was addressing it! It was just so unprofessional for us to get paid like that the whole time & then say i dont know where that started from like really! Then had the nerve to give loads wanting you to dead head over 200 miles for free! Because they had no Freight & would send you to areas knowing there's none. Majority of the employees who actually cared about the drivers retired & i was wondering why the shift in the office staff changed. That was because they knew the father was retiring which he deserves to! He had alot of passion for the company i never met a owner of a company so humble & not stuck up he was a TRUE BOSS like no other ! If you were there on the weekend he would randomly take drivers to breakfast that was a pure act of kindness! & For the last Christmas his father worked before retiring he gave drivers Tool Box's which i was shocked & so grateful! I bragged 2 tiktok & my mom it was just so thoughtful & kind i never had worked 4 a company who did that 4 drivers it definitely came in handy & still does Thank you Bruce im for ever grateful. The next Christmas when Bruce wasn't there they didn't do anything for the drivers the care for drivers all around went down hill unless you went through thier training program & thats because they make more money off them vs folks with experience. But That is what is wrong with the industry! When I first started working for wel you needed 2yrs experience! Companies lost respect for experience folks who have passion & pride in thier career. They just want to fill seat.

It's 2am in Montana and I'm trying to determine exactly why I'm going to freeze to death tonight. Really frustrating that it worked great this morning but gives up after 0.1 seconds now on an 18-degree night.

You just saved my ass. First time having a peterbilt about a month or so. Didn't realize the side popped off. Broke down in a storm with a air leak. Got towed and put at a truck shop. About 1000$. Next day air is leaking again. The truck shop and tow driver contributed it to something hitting the valve and turning it open. Lo and behold while on the sh**tter your video pops up. I go out to my truck and take off the side. I see the valve half open. The mud guard on the driver steer was cracked and it was perfectly cracked so that it would flap back and smack the valve open. TLDR: 1000$ work got fixed by me with some tape to hold the valve in place. At least until the flap is fixed.

I give it 2-3 extra cranks after the landing gear touches the ground. You'll hear the bags release air (less weight on them)... I pull the handle like a big boi, then I dump the bags, put it in drive and slowly pull out
