Step 1: Find the correct stencil for the chip you want to re-ball. Step 2: While holding down the stencil on the chip, rub solder paste into the holes in the stencil. Clean away any excess. Step 3: Use a hot air rework station to heat up the stencil (use a tool like tweezers to hold the stencil so you don't burn your fingers) and keep heating until the paste melts. Step 4: Rework as necessary (re-heat and get that one loose ball to melt and stick to its pad) Step 5: Not shown: Install chip onto PCB; align with the footprint on the board and reflow.

UEFI offers more features and benefits,such as faster boot times, better security, larger disk support, and graphical user interface. Legacy BIOS is the old mode that uses a 16-bit code and a limited number of options.
