If I'd ever had a bucket list, this is one thing I can only wish...to have seen Neil diamond, live and in concert. I basically learned to play guitar out of his song book. And I did wait in line with over 30,000 other fans at the Greek to try and buy tickets...but that was another story in my life. I did see the Monkees in a reunion concert at the Universal Amphitheater, so, that was enough. Yes, they did sing "I'm a Believer"! And Mike did come on stage for a few songs-and kept his mouth shut about what he thought of the music. In return, we all tolerated him playing a few of his own songs.

I had the pleasure of being in the audience at Lulu’s recent London Palladium appearance. A truly memorable evening.

Written by Mark London and Don Black, this is pure magic!!! London & Black were her very best writers. The rest of them paled in comparison. Thus, she wasn't anywhere near the star she could have been. Writers make artists....this rule is NEVER broken. Her management was not very good. Had I been involved, I would have shopped her to all the wonderful writers we had here in America. "They" missed the boat on Lulu. With that voice, she should have been a huge star. She aged so well!!!!
