The only problem that I saw when I had a demo of this software is that the recordings are not clear at all and cannot be heard. This does not allow for management to hear what the advisor is actually saying outside at the pay stations. I was told by the individual who provided me a demo that he would try and see if there were other recordings that were more clear and reach back out to me. He never reached back out to me which leads me to believe that all of the recordings are the same and cannot be heard clearly.

Thanks for the comment! As long as the sales associate holds the tablet in their hands, the audio will come through clear. However, if they start a presentation and set the tablet down on the Pay Station, the audio quality may suffer.
