How depressing to have this much stress thinking about settings on a $300,000 machine....sieve loss, rotor loss, overloading sieves, unthrashed heads, dirty sample, grain coming out the back, bolts coming loose because of a slug, 95 degrees out, thunderstorms getting close, do this , do that,

I see on your website you make concaves for 88 series case, do you know if they will work in 80 series? I have a case 1682 with oem concaves and someone unfortunately welded filler plates into my first 2 fine wire concaves. So I’m in the market for concaves.

That rubber piece that hangs off the top sieve, is that available for a 2011 cr9070? If so, is that necessary or is it just the newer combines?
@JonIsaak12 жыл бұрын
Yes that rubber can be added to your combine. Huge improvement

Gday from Australia Great informative viewing Just wondering please as we have 9070 with no rubber air seal on sieves at back.Would it be ok to place rubber on top of finger wires at back of top sieve to hold air in? Thanks in advance
@dodsmith45703 жыл бұрын
No you need to make up a rubber, do not block the wire at the end because you will get good seeds that drop off the end and the rubber allows them to get back into the returns.

Man i wish our Dealers in Germany would be so open with their knowledge as you are. Here they wont tell you anything unless you pay them their 60€/h whether or not you just bought a combine for 500k€. Thank you very much!
