The idea is to take everything out of the sink, sort, and then start washing. And not wasting water by leaving the tap / faucet running.

unhygienic where?? the oil looks fairly clean. pot is aswell. mean its worn and used. but whats the issue? seen cooking in worse environments as well😊

I always use both dishwasher and cream scrub Cif, for more hygiene. I can not understand why are you leaving all the dishes tougheter in so dirty water!!!
