I’ve never had to change a valve stem core. Is this a problem with 4WD vehicles? Is this because her husband does jumps off of rocks or races over large obstacles? Some of my friends are prospectors with 4WD who always go into the desert, mountains, woods, rivers, lakes and beachs, and they have never had this problem, except for one, who said his vehicle, a 1967 Bronco, had a valve problem. Hey, my dad used that soapy water test for air and gas leaks. He says during the Korean War, a sergeant in the army showed him that trick. I remember when I just moved to the Valley, some kids disconnected the valves from 20 cars in our parking area. People woke up to find their tires flat. And it was a working day. So I guess those damn kids knew the trick as well. The cops finally caught them after a month. They were doing it all over the Valley. Turns out they were rich spoiled Northridge kids. I hope their parents payed up. Anyhow, great video. You remind me of my daughter, a go-getter & do-it-yourselfer. 👍🏼

I like your idea 👍 But a way to improve on what you've done 🤔.Hook it up to a natural gas generator and a tank water heater. Reclaim exhaust heat for Home Heating. Between 4 p.m. to 9p.m. the grid needs power.

Great clip and example, thanks! Has anyone tried wrapping copper tubing around the exhaust as a heat exchanger and running the water through to heat it for a camp shower? I was also thinking about running it through the trans cooler on the radiator or somehow using the engine heat to do the job instead of lugging extra propane. I figure the exhaust gets hotter faster than the heater core or radiator. Just wondering if this has been done? I have a MWC shower can installed in the Jeep with an electric pump. It's super in Summer but a little cold in Winter trips... It's a challenge to find a simple option to heat it otherwise. kzbin.info/www/bejne/omqyfWl9hMmdj8U

Boomtown in Bullhead City, Arizona! Investment COMMERCIAL property in Old Bullhead, straight across the river from the Golden Nugget Casino and Harrahs Casino in Laughlin, Nevada, IS DIRT CHEAP. Jet ski businesses want to spread out. They need commercial property to store their jet skies. Better buy now before they grab everything up! The jet skies businesses are making BIG BUCKS and can afford to pay for more Commercial expansion in OLD BULLHEAD.

Hey can I ask what your issues were? I have a strong pull to the right and my brand new NAPA arm is like this.
@nevada4wheelin3 жыл бұрын
I replaced the arm on one side.. I would hit the brakes and the steering wheel would turn one way and the truck would go the other way. I had a panic stock on the freeway one time and it changed lanes on me. It was dangerous. The bushings were so soft in this Dorman Arm that the suspension was actually changing geometry under braking. It was horrible.

A plate heat exchanger from a central heating combi boiler would be the best type. It would not need to do a circulation but it would pretty much be up to temp in one pass...
@koningbolo47003 жыл бұрын
I have my central heating system heat exchanger for about 2 years now and what I found it does not need any circulation. It goes in cold (5 degrees C - 41 degrees F) and comes out (sprinter diesel engine running up to temp) at about 40 degrees C or 104 degrees F) in one pass. My heat exchanger came with a flow control valve (seems to be a standard thing within the central heating boiler system I got mine from) which lets me control the output flow and obviously the temperature. I find the control valve is actually not really doing very much - I have it turned fully open most of the time - and I use a webasto coolant pump to move the water from a 5 gallon jug to another. I fill the lower jug up in about 3-4 minutes at the 40 C - 104 F temperature water... My pump does not do pressure, just flow so I can not hook up a shower head or a garden sprayer but I use the hot water to do dishes and have a cup and bucket shower in a little chinese shower tent/booth thingy... I am looking to get a smaller jug which I can fit inside the 5 gallon one so I can sprayfoam insulte between the two and have about 2-3 gallons of water water which can stay warm for upto 2 hours or so...
@bobjones11314 жыл бұрын
Wow, water should only reach you directly from bucket at temp. Pump should only pump water from bucket to you and back into bucket at same time. I could build the device easier than explaining it.
@bobjones11314 жыл бұрын
Set bucket in sun till warm, get cup and dump water on head, rinse, lather, repeat. 😁
@rontenvelden85664 жыл бұрын
cool setup. want to build that too. two questions though a. is the exchanger in the main coolant line or as parallel " by pass" ? wondering about flow during driving b. the engine needs always to run to keep flow in the exchanger uo i guess, even after a days drive with coolant being hot already ?

somehow only my right front and right rear’s valve stem core are shorter compare to left ones after changing new wheels. So it’s very hard to check air pressure with my gauge since valve stem cores are shorter and gauge cannot touch (or push) the core... How can i resolve this issue?!
@DavidThomas-fj2ws4 жыл бұрын
What people aren't seeing is the fact that there are 2 sides to that Exchanger 1 for water and the other for vehicle coolant and the two never mix they are side by side in the tube. Note two openings on both ends.

Nice. it's seems close to on demand. Gives me an idea. I'm wondering if I coiled some 3/8 copper pipe tight around my van's exhaust what kind of heat exchange this produce? I currently have a 7 gallon U-shaped 4 inch PVC solar tank on my van roof with an air pressure valve. The system works great except for at night or really cloudy days. I am installing a 500 watt 120w 1/2 inch NPT heating element to see if can take water from 75F to 110F in 15 minutes or less.
