Is this exercise focused on moving both the hips and waist or one or the other. I was taught to fix the hips and circle the waist, the hips only move a little in reaction to the waist. There's another exercise that focuses on making circles with the hips. I'm wondering which one is this?
@Ruyischool Жыл бұрын
Hi. The idea is to move from the waist in horizontal circles and allow for the stretch that comes above and below whilst keeping the head and the feet with minimal movement. Because of the flexibility of the waist and the hips you will see a lot of movement here. Keep the focus in the waist.
@clmntwg Жыл бұрын
@@Ruyischool Thank you! Your reply is helpful. I suppose the more you keep the head and feet still, the more you stretch above and below. This is different than the waist exercise I mentioned, where the upper body and head moves

Why not include the relevant organ for each sound? How will viewers know to focus on liver? There are different versions and people need to distinguish to know which sounds match each organ. All videos on healing sounds show this. It's just random sounds without that

Finger qigong is the lowering of the fingers and the simultaneous sensation of the toes. It is done in a certain sequence. Practice for the development of internal organs and the movement of qi in the body
