Who cares? Is the money paid for the challenge fake as well?? Is the payouts we get paid fake as well? Lol. PropFirms provide leverage and that's a business model that works. At the end of the day they should stick to their business ethics. What you're saying doesn't validate anything.

Guys.. use regulated brokers, all propfirms are ponzi schemes. Nobody can provide you leverage plus funding.. save money and trade it directly on a regulated broker. I'm the only profitable CFD trader in Kenya, and this is the best advice i can give you

I've not had any issues with them... however with every risk involved in the prop firm space i always recommend everyone does their own due diligence as well because every firm carries a risk.. If you don't have confidence in a certain firm by all means don't take their challenge and stick to ones that make sense to you in terms of rules and reputation. All in all understand that by signing up for any firm you're accepting the risk of whatever happens.
