Running around 500 meters 3 times non stop for 3 minutes each time , 250 push ups , 50 normal , 50 wide , 50 hand on hand , on glows , and dimond pushups , after doing run but with some technic , doing 15 minutes gymnastics , after doing boxing hop 15 minutes , and after jump rope for 3 sets each one 3 min , equping glows , jab 5 minutes ( with boxing hop all time with gloves on ) , jab and cross 5 min and in the opposite side the Same , in the final doing cardio , and 50 push ups. That’s all my training doing it in 6:30AM and in 5:30 PM

Appreciate your video here. Could you possibly make a workout session like this using 3 min rounds using a variety of the combos you used here? Maybe do a voiceover since it would be difficult to coach or say the combos as you are throwing flurries also. Not questioning your stamina though. For example: 1,2 slip, 2 Step out and back in 1,2,3 Body 3 Inside 3head, body3, head3 Step out back in 1,2,12, 1 Body Next combo repeat. This way its more continuous. Thanks again.

1. Lead Hook non-stop 30 secs 2. 20 pushups 3. Rear Hook non-stop 30 secs 4. 30 Jumping Jacks 5. straight punches non-stop 30 secs 6. Open ( Work on explosiveness) 30 secs All 6 exercises = 1 set. ( 5 SETS TOTAL)

Its both shoulder/back and hips, shoulder/back for pure raw power and hips for rotating to increase the speed of your swing which also helps out with power

The answer isn't, "No." It depends, what are you trying to do next? Maybe you're throwing a couple jabs in which case rotation would be minimal, maybe you're going to follow it with a hook, in which case the rotation of the front left foot will set you up to maximize that hook. Maybe it's a body jab in which case you would rotate that left foot as you step forward and take your head off center line.
