i realize im a decade late but, any advise if the foam is badly pitted itself? any way to fill in low spots in foam prior to upholstery?

I bought my first ones in 1994.. I am still using some of these that I bought 30 years ago . I have around 40 of them . The only spinning reels Except some baitfeeders reels I use are syncopates . The main selling point for me was the trigger . I can be on a swift moving river kayaking and cast one handle while paddling with the other hand . I have caught crappie , trout , bass , steelhead , catfish , salmon , sturgeon and more on these reels . But one and you wont regret it .These syncopate reels are the best shimano makes to me .

There used to be a craft/fabric store here. It's gone now but I'm sure hobby lobby or joann's fabric would have some.

Im from the UK. Ive never seen a reel like that, what did you say it was called? A spinnercast reel?
@CalebRowell3 жыл бұрын
Yeah around here we have I guess 4 types of reels. You have spin cast (push button) more basic reels for kids or beginners. Spinning reels the ones that are upside down. Baitcasters or open face reels more advanced but can bird nest badly if not careful. Fly fishing reels which I have personally never used. And ai think there may be a few more for like bowfishing or whatever but that's the 4 I know of.
@vsnature71463 жыл бұрын
@@CalebRowell thank you for your response brother! We only have 3 to my knowledge here, spinning reels, baitcaster reels (which are very uncommon i only see other anglers with these when fishing for pike on my local canal), and fly reels.
