Internet really changed our perspective of what life really is. Life is often very hard and almost never comfortable or easy. My mental health isn't always in the best shape either. There have been days where I've spent an entire week without doing anything productive. I'm 28 years old, and I've taken on the responsibility of caring for my elderly parents. I make sacrifices for my family with love, but sometimes it gets so overwhelming that both my mental and physical health start to deteriorate. I believe that love is our greatest strength for overcoming the challenges we face in life. I don’t know your life story or what chronic conditions you may have, but I hope you know that, no matter what, you’re not alone and that we can face difficulties together through mutual understanding and love. I also want to say that I recently discovered your channel and really enjoy watching your videos. Sending love and best wishes from Turkey. Stay healthy.

Instead of oil on the tray, try using flour or semolina, semolina will give a better crunch, but flour will work fine too. Looks nice though, gets this bakers approval
