The problem with these tractors is the electrical system design. You are correct about all of the fires. A heavy gauge wire runs from the starter across the tank to the ignition switch then to the intake manifold heater(10 amp draw) and lights WITHOUT any relays. I've had mine for a month and dug into it. The ignition switch has been replaced and the area above the tank is a rodent heaven-complete with balcony, view of the ocean, and time shares.

When I first saw the video I didn't like it because of all the negativity. After that wore off I watched it again and am very thankful for it so I gave a like. My brother got one as partial payment for work he did dealing with heating and air conditioning. He never ran it 20 minutes in the past maybe 3 years or so. He just gave it to me for all of my work, which he didn't have to do. But I'm thankful because I had to sell my Ford 4000 with a loader and 3 pt hitch Sherman backhoe. I'm ready to dig in and get it going. Its very heavy with all of the wheel weights and roll bars and Bradco 11hd hoe. I may be driving it home but its 12 miles of country roads and it sat for a decade before he got it.

I had one of them for over 20 years and put at lease 2000 hr per year and the only problem I had was the bars come from the front end back to the side of the transmission. The bolts would come loss or break. I used it heavy in commercial landscaping and had to replace the injectors once. It was a great tractor. Makes me wonder what kind of abuse this tractor had.

Lots of great information Jerry, thanks for the video. Looking to purchase one of these myself here soon. Is it safe to say that Ford had most of these problems straightened out by the time the 340A/340B/445A/445C/445D were out? I can't say I've heard many complaints from guys running the later models. I grew up on 445A's and a 445D which never seemed to have these issues aside from the wiring fire under the dash (which you'd think they would have straightened out early on). It seems the later models had much improved steering.

I had an anterior fusion of L5/s1 2003. I stood straight then, but started bending around 2013-2014 and now I can’t bend my knees all the way or straighten them all the way and have arthritis level 4 in all compartments of my knees. My hips are fused so I am unable to straighten my body.soon I’ll just be in a fetal position.

@@jerryterburgh9425 hi Jerry, I have had mildk scoliosis since early high school. They say that flat back syndrome is comorbid with scoliosis due to the rotation happening at the lateral curves and this flattens the spine. I have both conditions. I have also got two herniated discs L5 S1 and L5 L4. The orthopaedic surgeon said that I need to get ready for a spinal fusion within 5 years. Well its been 6 years and Im still hanging in here with the pain! I dont want to be operated on and will only do so as a last resort as spinal fusions can cause too much play at higher vertebrae and this causes further degeneration anyway. The spien needs to move. Have you checked if you have ankylosing spondylitis? Its the fusing of the spine that usually starts in the middle of the back. A lot of people have beaten the pain of the condition by eliminating starch completely and it takes away the inflammation which actually causes the fusing of the spine in the first place! I checked to see if I have it with an HLAB27 gene test and I was negative. Please get checked! You say that chiros will take your money but I will ask you again... have you seen a cbp qualified chiropractor that does 3 point traction which is made to correct the loss of a lumbar curve! They also work on loss lf thoracic curve as well.please check out Dr. Walter Salubros videos on youtube. I am thinking of going to see him in Canada even though I live in Jersey in the Channel Islands. Have you looked at muscle imbalances? They say that tight hamstrings, weak back extensors, weak iliopsoas, tight abs is the muscle imbalances causing this problem. I seem to have an anterior pelvic tilt thou. Which pelvic tilt do you have? Thank you Jerry!

If the source drive (or even the target drive for that matter) is in anyway corrupted, the clone operation probably won't work (it will fail). However, in my personal experience, when my OS drive suffered damage to about 4kb of sectors, I already had my OS cloned from previous sessions - I booted with one of those drives, and tried to clone the bad drive to a new volume via a cloning dock (similar to this one) only to have the process repeatedly fail once it hit those bad sectors. From there I connected my faulty drive as an external (via a regular HDD dock) and I had to use a software program that was designed to do all kinds of nifty tricks for drive operations, including cloning, conversion (NTFS to FAT and vice-versa), partitioning, etc. That method is what saved my most current OS configuration. It just cloned everything but those 4 bad sectors, which I presume were non-vital (they didn't contain any important data for the system or otherwise). So if the cloning dock fails, find a HDD tools program that offers several cloning and recovery options.

Hi Raul, nice to here from you, most people are over thinking what Ed did, its not as hard as you would think, you have to look back at radio waves from 1923, Ed was by a large military base, where they had a very large tube radio, it put out thousands of watts, the wooden box on the tripod contained the glass bottles with copper wire on them to collect RF, this is what everyone is missing, you power the magnets with RF, at a specific frequency, there are many things powered by RF, on the bottom of the flywheel there is an armature and brushes, this is how it spins and is powered with one positive and one negative, very simple.
