I think we are on to something agent Johnson. Between fires and landslides hurricanes and DEW NOBODY'S gonna want to build expensive structures on these lands . Cheap structures are gonna be the new thing . If it gets destroyed what's 300000$ to rebuild to a person's that can spend 25 M on home .

I used to live at 34977 Sky Ranch Road in the late 80's, saw this beautiful house being built and actually got to pet sit for a week. I was so happy to find this video, piece of art!!
