It seems more like an e-girl makeup to me or something. The "drunken blush" (douyin girlies usually do the round cheek), the freckles (they don't do that at all, maybe bc they're considered not too pretty in China for some reason) the highlighter in the center, the black drawn on lashes, the contrasting colors and strong contour, overlined lips. The eye makeup seems similar to douyin at first sight, but douyin usually doesn't do lashes like that and don't use this much black (they prefer softer colors) and doesn't do white highlighters straight up either. I think it's e-girl but make it Asian style lol
