I’m pretty sure you can associate your business page with a group you made through your personal profile. So you could do that rather than starting from scratch 🥰

I was accepted into the program about 12 years ago and was told within two weeks that I would be terminated if I didn't start bringing in sales. Needless to say, I left the program immediately and never looked back. I still shop on Amazon, but I don't have any illusions about their affiliate program.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience 😕 I don’t know what the requirements were several years back but you currently have 180 days to sell 3 products. Did you contact anyone at Amazon about the message before resigning? I’m concerned that the message you received was counterfeit. 🥺

To be an Amazon Affiliate, you just need a public page like a Facebook business page, KZbin channel, TikTok, Insta, anywhere that you can post a link!!! Some other "big" companies want you to have a lot of followers and others don't care! So you may as well ask, right? :)

What do think about collaborating with other facebook groups that are relatable? How would you approach that to another facebook group? Does that help you gain members, and how?

I do that all the time! You should make friends with the admin of the group and perhaps ask him or her to be a guest speaker for your group. Then when they are featured, they are going to share it to their group as well. So you are getting exposure in both groups. As a "thank you" you could offer to do the same for their group. I do this frequently in my Boss Babes Online group. Are you part of that yet? ;)

Thank you for this video! Can you have a clickable link on your Facebook banner? I have a wallpaper quiz "What is your wallpaper Style" that I want people to click on from my banner. How do you do that, I was told it was not doable?

Yes, you totally can! Basically, you are just putting a "click here" button on the banner. When someone "clicks" it, the blurb that you wrote for the picture pops up. So it's not literally a button but it works that same way. In the blurb, you want to write out the link and they can click on THAT to go wherever it is that you want them to go (quiz/freebie funnel/whatever). Does that make sense? I have a visual I can email you if you want me to. Just reply with your email address. :)

If these companies move to an affiliate model they must eliminate the clauses within their IBO agreements that prohibit reps from promoting competing/complimentary products. I know affiliates who promote aweber, mailchimp, infusionsoft, etc. at the same time. Same with Clickfunnels, Kartra, and Kajabi. But MLMs won't let someone promote a collection of Timewise, Rodan/Fields, and Artistry products in the same space. This needs to change.

The affiliate model helps keep these MLMs out of the FTC pyramid scheme crosshairs, especially given the income claims which are not typical. Also it's easier for the company to just recruit a bunch of influencers and affiliates instead of focusing on recruiting a bunch of recruiters who pay up front (and monthly) for the opportunity to recruit and promote the company. Third, folks are hesitant to give MLM products a try because they are scared that the rep will try to recuit them.

Kills me because I had just as much heart as the ones at the top for the products I sold yet was never treated the same. Bottom line these companies hone in on the heartstrings of people regardless of rank. I'm glad that the FDA is cutting down on this. I am a little ashamed of my past with MLM/Pyramid businesses. Bottom line is about the dollar and unGodly. Sketchy, manipulated & I am sure that this shift will be even worse because they are always thinking of a loop hole way to spin mindsets and the financial pryamid in these companies. Now they all will be into Amazon and ruin that long-term

Origami Owl has been doing this from day one. It was a social selling. Not about parties. About connections. Idk I have mixed feelings about this all. Both good and bad experiences

ALL companies have a heirarchy...only top levels make the most $. But without the empowerment of direct sales. Thanks.....I am following your lead with expanding within the realm of my mission.

When I did ‘worldwide’ one time I got heaps of followers from people in countries who never engaged . The issue is engagement I feel, not necessarily numbers and for that one battle the FB algorithms
