What they should do is add three classic rock-80’s legend singers who were huge Van Halen fans to perform with them. Ala The Ringo Starr All-Star Band. It really becomes a party atmosphere and it’s awesome watching a great singer sing their idol’s music. Heck, bring Steve Perry up there. He’d slam it with Sammy.

This is clearly the best piece of music I've heard this year. Why doesn't Michael Anthony sing more?

I get the blowback, but Joe did Eddie justice. I saw them in Tampa and while there were some aspects that I was not happy with, what was the alternative!? Joe did great, we heard some deep cuts (not all they promised, however) and it was a decent show.

This just proves Satch could never write songs like EVH or even play like him. John 5 would have been a better choice.

What are you talking on about? Joe has written many great tunes. Also Eddie couldn’t play like Joe either so what’s your point?

From a musician standpoint, Winger was like the Toto of 80’s hair metal bands. Always respected these underrated cats.

Saw Steve with the Dregs in the '80s, they were AWESOME! I hope he can make it out my way sometime soon......SF Bay Area. Saw him interviewed on KZbin, Steve is one of the sweetest, kindest humans ever. He has such a great perspective on life and this world. I hope he keeps sharing.
