Good effort. I really like how you just gave it a try. These are hard to make and the tolerances are super tight on the name brand ones. I bet if you started design for this not for a ball mount but rather for mitchell/moy mount and try to keep the base more spread out you will get a little better result.

In my opinion that knocking sound is coming from the valve lifters operating properly because the knocking is 1st constant, 2nd it's in unison with the exhaust release. Listen carefully to them both and you will learn to recognize this sound. But those two marvelous sounds will not continue because the motor oil which you have used is currently very very low in the pan (not enough) or it has broken down in it's viscosity. Either way the push rods which sit in between the valve lifters are not transferring oil. That sound is your entire engine BEGGING FOR OIL. New and the proper weight of motor oil! Similar to you walking in the desert for a full day and you are BEGGING FOR WATER. That sound is breaking my heart!! Please attend to your baby!!

動画出した後ググりましたらやっぱしアイドリング調整スクリューの経路は開けとかないとアイドル不調になるようです。バタフライを閉じる調整は、正規の調整で0.4Vまで開けずに0.375Vまでにするのと同じくらいの調整のような気がします。ネットには0.36とか0.35の記述も見られましたので私の場合適当ですが、あながち間違って無いと自分に言い聞かせてます。
