Hi! How much was the total cost for this? I try to compare it to Viessmann Car Motion option. I think it might be at the same range but one is stress free, one is stress full :))
@RC874 ай бұрын
Total cost, hard to say, only parts (model+accessories+parts etc) cost me around 150eur + shipping + a lot of hours spent working on it (which in my opinion was the biggest cost of the model) + tools, but tools of course can be used on other models.

So I have rotators with 4 LEDs. Will this module work with a 4 LED rotator setup?
@RC878 ай бұрын
Like I already replied to your comment on my blog, it could work, but the module is not designed explicitly for 4 LEDs rotators. You could try it with bank 4 Leds Lightbar (4 LEDs) and patterns 4 and 5. That bank is for 4 LEDs lightbars, similar to 4 LEDs rotators and could mimic them, but it is not explicitly designed for 4 LEDs rotators and I can't guarantee that you will like the smoothness.

Nice model 👍 Do you know why there is so much noise while driving?
@RC872 жыл бұрын
the gearbox is 1:324 and to drive car quickly the electric motor in it has to reach high revs and the motor is small, so we have a high pitch noise, they (KKPMO) changed the motor recently but I haven't tested yet, 1:252 gearbox is little quieter there is other brass gearbox (from sol-expert shop) that are much quieter

How did you program the receiver for all the lights? Turn signals, brake and reverse, etc.
@RC873 жыл бұрын
It's the receiver's software (Rx43d-1 and others). It's built in. But it might be necessary to reassign channels in the receiver (there is programming procedure for that receivers), but only if you mount some extra lights.

Nice development. Thanks for sharing. 1. How do you control all those functions from the receiver? 2. Are you using Deltang receivers?
@RC873 жыл бұрын
1. With one wire (white on the movie) keeping longer "turn on" signal allows enter to the settings (signal from P pad) 2. yes, Deltang
@DerTheoretiker3 жыл бұрын
Very nice, you use a servo signal to turn on and of the different light?
@RC873 жыл бұрын
@@DerTheoretiker Not really. I want to to use one P pad which I can control with a stable or momentary switch on my TX (and of course momentary is most suitable). If there will be only stable switch then you have to remember to put the switch back to off position. I don't want to use servo, but there could be such possibility.

No, I don't sell it. It was just an experiment, but I've already designed completely new circuit and structure that doesn't need a linear servo board, but I don't have time to build it and mount it on some trailer, but is a little more complicated.
