Hey I've just watched the video almost halfway through and I've past the part where your lagging problem was revealed. Not sure if you solve it eventually but pressing ALT+ENTER a couple of times might help. I believe it's your pc not running the app(this game) properly and I'm sure you didn't need to turn down your graphics settings like you did in the video. And if that doesn't work, it could also be the framerates being too much higher than your monitor's highest fresh rates. You can use either Nvidia control panel or download a tool called "riva statistics server" to lock the fps at 60. Same trick can be used for a lot of old games that don't run well! Hope it can help someday!

Just finished the game last night, nice to know I'm not the only one playing this gem so late. Highly recommend you try some of the mods out if you can! I just played a bit with some voice mods and skin mods and it's so cool changing the voices and stuff.
