Most of the time I shoot M with auto iso. And with tripod long exposures I go manual iso.

Very cool, Jalen! I made a couple of shots of it all the way down here in Tennessee! Nothing worth making a video about. Your shots and time-lapses were outstanding and I loved the Milky Way shot with the tree foreground too.

I don't understand what you mean, and remember that I have been a professional photographer long before you were born, are you saying that high iso can be used? Yes, of course they can, when you are photographing the via latea, when you have to use high speeds to photograph a bird in flight, when you forget your tripod. But how do you photograph landscapes so you want a high ISO? Are you talking about redundancy? I'm actually like my friend @ juniorwalter9083, whenever I can I photograph at ISO 64 and sometimes I go down to 32.

Good video. I really like how you get to the point. One of the conundrums I faced repeatedly this year was harsh light while traveling. If you are on a tour, you just often can't wait around until the sun goes down or the next morning. I have used the black and white method before. And--a bit of heresy perhaps--but have found my iPhone 14 Pro sometimes works better in such situations. So I will try to remember to try to get some iPhone shots as well. Keep up the good work.
